Modernization Database Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Modernization Database Architect, Expert Technology Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for mainframe database migration
• Design and implement database structures and ETL processes for cloud databases
• Collaborate with application architects and client DBAs to customize data models and databases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in data modeling and database design, particularly with IBM Mainframe DB2 and Azure SQL
• 9-12 years of combined related experience, including 3-4 years of mainframe database experience
• 3-4 years of full stack development experience in Linux and Windows
• 3-4 years of programming experience in COBOL, Java, and C#
