Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Disclosure Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop understanding of company Loan Origination System
• Review and ensure accuracy of Closing Disclosure and Loan Estimate data
• Deliver mortgage loan disclosures securely and accurately

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of mortgage compliance regulations for various loan programs
• Familiarity with LOS Encompass preferred
• High school diploma or general education degree
• Ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret graphs
• Ability to self-direct and adapt to changing timelines
