  • Coordinate strategic initiatives between national account leadership and the internal sales team
  • Develop annual incentive programs for national accounts that align with corporate objectives
  • Facilitate national account promotions and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support operations

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years sales experience in the Wholesale Channel
  • Familiarity with the plumbing industry and products is preferred
  • Experience at a national or regional level supporting a centralized network distributor
  • Experience selling into Appliance and International Markets is a plus
