Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal AI Trainer to support AI language model development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess model responses for errors and tag accordingly
• Grade responses based on a provided rubric
• Compose original, high-quality, error-free model responses as needed

Required Qualifications

• USA-based with paralegal experience (5+ years of combined professional experience and education)
• Ability to provide proof of paralegal certification
• Availability for 20-40 hours per week
• Strong understanding of graduate and/or professional-legal-level English
• Comfortable operating in a fully remote and digital environment
