A company is looking for a People Analytics Senior Analyst (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct detailed analysis of workforce data and key HR metrics, develop and maintain dashboards and reports, and interpret and present complex data analyses in a clear manner
  • Consulting: Lead people analytics projects, provide ongoing consultative support to stakeholder groups, and partner with HR and business leaders to provide data-driven insights
  • Data Management & Governance: Establish and maintain robust data governance practices, ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5-7 years of experience in Data analysis and visualization, Consulting and storytelling
  • Master’s degree strongly preferred in related quantitative field
  • Proficiency in various data analysis and visualization tools
  • Strong understanding of HR data and processes
