Key Responsibilities:
  • Own new hire onboarding and serve as their primary point of contact during the onboarding process
  • Support execution of performance review cycles and administer company engagement programs
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate comprehensive Learning & Development programs aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on HR Generalist or Specialist experience in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with HR systems and successful implementation of company-wide initiatives
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize HR processes
  • Experience with learning management systems and effective training program development
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
