A company is looking for a People Operations Partner specializing in Leave of Absence in Boston.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with 3rd party leave administrator on system set-up and leave eligibility
- Review and update leave tracking, communicate with employees on leave, and advise on appropriate options
- Develop and train managers on LOA topics, interpret leave policies, and partner with payroll on compensation during leave
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HR Generalist experience with increasing responsibility
- 2+ years of Leave of Absence administration/coordination experience
- Experience with ADA Accommodations and HRIS systems
- Experience with non-exempt populations and Monday.com is preferred
- Must reside in eastern or central time zone and work remotely in an appropriate environment
