Job Summary

A company is looking for a Personal Lines Account Executive to provide superior customer service to clients and carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of carrier markets and respond to client inquiries promptly
• Identify new sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling coverage
• Document all communications and manage customer concerns until resolution

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 5 years of private client insurance experience
• Possession and maintenance of a broker’s license in the state hired
• College graduate or equivalent experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and take direction from various sources
• Strong organizational and time management skills
