A company is looking for a Physician Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for full-cycle recruitment of physicians and advanced practitioner candidates
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for attracting highly scarce and passive talent
• Build successful relationships with internal and external prospects/candidates

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• 3+ years of related recruitment experience
