Principal Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Architect with expertise in distributed systems and cloud-native application development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems for a revenue cycle management platform
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to engineering teams and review existing legacy applications for modernization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and compliance with security and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years of software engineering experience, with 5 years in designing distributed systems in a cloud environment
• Strong expertise in cloud technologies (Azure preferred), .NET framework, Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures
• Experience with software development in the healthcare industry
• Prior experience with engineering management at the Director+ level is desirable
