A company is looking for a Principal Specialist in User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience (CX).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and communicate a compelling vision for UX and CX aligned with company objectives
- Lead and inspire a high-performing operations team of UX/CX professionals
- Utilize customer insights to enhance UX/CX and drive satisfaction and loyalty
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in UX design, CX strategy, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong understanding of UC/CX principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Proficiency in UX/CX design tools, prototyping software, and analytics platforms
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S
