Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations and Integrations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate complex integration projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Foster collaboration across departments for integration projects and provide strategic insights to senior leadership
• Manage product backlog items, organize feature implementation, and resolve issues during development

Required Qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of experience in integrations product strategy and delivery
• Experience with healthcare system integrations and familiarity with major EHR systems
• Proven track record of defining and launching successful products
• Experience with integration engines, preferably HL7, FHIR, Mirth, and Rhapsody
• Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology
