Program Manager – Revenue Cycle

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager – Revenue Cycle to manage programs related to healthcare electronic medical record and billing system implementations and optimizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop program goals and plans to align with business strategy
• Manage program plans, tools, and reporting capabilities while leading cross-functional teams
• Communicate program quality outcomes and address project issues to ensure goals are met

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma with 3 years of experience, or Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of relevant experience
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• PMP Certification and IT project management background desired
• Knowledge of Cerner or Patient Accounting systems is highly desirable
• Experience in healthcare operations or IT operations required
