Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality & Risk Management Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Appraisal Report Review Process and Risk Assessments
• Implement VAS Practice Area Guidelines and drive risk mitigation procedures
• Participate in training, business development initiatives, and contractual negotiations

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, Master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years commercial appraisal experience
• General State Certification/License and MAI designation required
• In-depth knowledge of financial terms and principles
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
