A company is looking for a Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire qualified candidates for various job positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications
- Screen resumes, manage candidates throughout the hiring process, and negotiate final offers
- Conduct market research to identify and recruit relevant talent while enhancing candidate experience
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of talent acquisition experience with a successful track record in sourcing and hiring
- Experience with high-volume recruiting
- Familiarity with Lever or other ATS systems and candidate management systems
- Commitment to fostering an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required
