Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Vice President of Sales, USA – REMOTE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate regional sales directors, develop sales plans, and report performance against plan
- Prepare annual business plan, develop key customer and channel relationships, and implement division sales strategy
- Directly manage sales team, establish performance standards, and coordinate marketing efforts
Required Qualifications:
- BS or BA from an accredited University, MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of Sales experience, 5 years in networking or data center infrastructure, and 5 years of Managerial experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of product, markets, and channels, strong business acumen, and ability to implement marketing strategy
- Strong leadership skills, ability to work in a team-based environment, and create enthusiasm within the organization
- Proficient in project management, decision-making, and use of Salesforce and other software
