Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Civilian Federal Government Sales team in identifying and engaging new customers
  • Coach and develop the sales team to foster a high-performing environment
  • Establish sales KPIs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage operational excellence

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of Sales leadership experience in enterprise software sector
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS Sales teams focused on ARR, NRR, and NPS
  • History of leading national or regional sales teams with revenue attainment of $70M+
  • Technically savvy to communicate the value of the platform and solutions
  • National travel required
