Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise call center staff to ensure quality standards and deadlines are met
- Interview, hire, and promote contact center staff
- Develop work schedules, assign duties, and evaluate employees’ job performance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience in a contact center setting
- Experience in customer service, performance evaluation, and process improvement
- Experience in large volume staff training and coaching
- Experience in a health care-related environment is a plus
