Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 3 years of people management experience in a contact center setting
  • Experience in customer service, performance evaluation, and process improvement
  • Experience in large volume staff training and coaching
  • Experience in a health care-related environment is a plus
