• Serve library users by providing research support services via chat and email
• Develop working knowledge of library services and databases to assist users
• Conduct basic keyword searches and create follow-up tickets for librarians

Required Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a degree program at the university
• Proficiency in English
• Stable Internet connection and comfort with learning new technology
• Prior customer service or library experience is a plus
• Ability to work within a remote team environment
