Resilience Research Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resilience Research Associate to support evaluation projects related to emergency preparedness and disaster resilience.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design, execution, and interpretation of research using various methodologies
• Prepare research reports, presentation decks, and other deliverables summarizing findings
• Manage and analyze large datasets while leading evaluation projects and client account management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant social science field
• A minimum of 4 years of applied experience in evaluation research projects, preferably for federal clients
• Experience in programs related to resilience, emergency management, public safety, or homeland security
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel for data management and analysis
• Strong proficiency in MS PowerPoint for developing client presentations
