Resource Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Resource Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and leverage a deep understanding of workforce planning capabilities to review weekly forecasts
• Review pipeline of projects to ensure adequate resourcing across pillars
• Schedule, plan, and assign consultants to projects based on skillset and customer needs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree/Bachelor of Business
• 4+ years experience in professional services, technology delivery, or software implementation roles
• Minimum 3 years of experience in workforce, resource, or project management
• Experience with PSA tool, preferably Certinia
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
