Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar management role, leading a team of SDRs
  • 4+ years of experience in a Sales organization
  • Prior experience in a quota-based Sales role as an SDR and AE
  • Proven track record of hiring and managing top talent
  • Experience with sales prospecting and CRM tools and practices
