Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar management role, leading a team of SDRs
- 4+ years of experience in a Sales organization
- Prior experience in a quota-based Sales role as an SDR and AE
- Proven track record of hiring and managing top talent
- Experience with sales prospecting and CRM tools and practices
