Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the outside sales team
• Interpret builder drawings and specifications, update pricing, and prepare bids
• Provide support to inside and outside sales teams to maximize sales performance

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of relevant job experience
• General understanding of residential home construction
• Knowledge of flooring, cabinets, and countertops
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
