Sales Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Trainer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on the design, implementation, and management of sales training programs
• Assist in building and improving the training organization for inside sales and customer service teams
• Create effective training materials and provide ongoing support to the sales force

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in sales management or sales training for inside sales teams
• 5+ years experience in customer service, business development, or B2C/inside sales
• 1+ years of training or supervisory experience in a contact/call center environment
• Proven track record of developing effective sales or customer service training programs
• Knowledge of eLearning tools and training software
