Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Developer to support a stable multi-year client program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide troubleshooting and escalation services for Salesforce issues
• Monitor the Salesforce platform and ensure operational fitness
• Assist with user account administration and system performance maintenance

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA in CS, CIS, EE, Math or equivalent technical studies
• 2 years overall IT experience
• 1 year of experience in Salesforce development
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and its integration points
• Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Apex
