Salesforce Developer Admin

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Developer/Admin to support a stable multi-year client program.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for maintaining and operating the Salesforce infrastructure
• Monitor services and ensure the fitness of the Salesforce platform and systems
• Coordinate with stakeholders to analyze and diagnose issues, providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support

Required Qualifications

• BS or BA in CS, CIS, EE, Math or equivalent technical studies
• 5 years overall IT experience
• 3 years of experience in Salesforce development
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, architecture, and customization capabilities
• Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools like Process Builder, Flows, and Apex
