Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement processes for handling written inquiries efficiently and effectively
- Track and analyze inquiry trends, response times, and customer feedback
- Prepare and present regular reports on inquiry response metrics and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public health or library science
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in information services support and management
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check
