Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Client Success to manage client accounts and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing accounts during the post-sale process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns across the product suite
• Manage the campaign lifecycle from launch to wrap, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

Required Qualifications

• 2 – 4 years of digital campaign planning and execution experience in a publisher or agency environment
• Experience managing high-revenue and complex accounts
• Ability to manage at least 20 different clients and campaigns simultaneously
• History of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
• Competent in pulling reporting and making data-driven campaign optimization recommendations
