Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Backend for Portfolio Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain software for processing and recording customers’ retirement savings
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to share knowledge and improve systems
• Develop and analyze monitors and tests for performance, scalability, and reliability

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in backend software development
• Experience building scalable backend services and scaling database platforms
• Formal training in computer science or related discipline (Bachelors or Masters preferred)
• Enjoy mentoring other engineers and helping them grow technically
• Proactive and empathetic mindset, eager to solve customer problems
