A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to act as a liaison between business clients and developers, translating business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for key projects, ensuring alignment with technical and business stakeholders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business clients and developers to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements
• Conduct business process improvements, gap analysis, and documentation to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field or significant equivalent experience
• Experience with agile methodologies and serving as Scrum Master
• Proficient in business process documentation and gap analysis
• Experience working in a matrixed team environment
• Strong deductive reasoning skills to anticipate client needs
