Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Career Consultant/Executive Coach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead executive coaching programs for senior agency leaders
• Oversee career consulting services and assessment administration
• Design and deliver custom leadership and management courses

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in executive coaching and leadership development
• ICF certification (PCC or MCC level preferred)
• Extensive experience coaching senior executives in federal agencies
• Knowledge of federal agency operations, HR policies, and human capital frameworks
