Senior Consultant RSG Team Leads

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Consultant for Retirement Solutions Group Team Leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and continuing education for RSG Team Leads
• Manage executive escalations from Senior Leadership
• Collaborate with leadership teams to identify issues and develop efficient processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and work experience
• Series 7, 63, and 65 or 66 required; Series 24 required within corporate timelines
• 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead or leadership role
• Deep knowledge of retirement plans and IRAs
• FINRA fingerprinting required
