Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in software engineering and leadership roles
• In-depth knowledge of software engineering principles and methodologies
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen
