Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Workforce Management Platform & PMO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a Workforce Management Strategy and 3-year Roadmap
• Design, develop and support an end-to-end labor optimization process to drive annual improvements in labor spend
• Successfully manage project teams to implement approved labor projects

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 10 years management experience
• 10 years related functional experience
