Senior E-Learning Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior E-Learning Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement eLearning strategies and curricula
• Manage projects, collaborate with subject matter experts, and oversee training course development
• Utilize project management techniques, provide feedback, and assist in skills development of junior team members

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of training delivery experience in a corporate setting
• 2-3 years of project management experience on large-scale curriculum development projects
• Certification in advanced instructional technologies preferred
• Proficient in eLearning development tools such as Articulate, Lectora, and Adobe Flash
