Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager – Core Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers and coordinate with product managers and tech leads
• Set the roadmap, vision, and strategy for the team while developing engineering processes and best practices
• Take ownership of projects throughout their full cycle, from inception to maintenance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering management experience, including hiring and developing high-performing teams
• Previous experience as a full-stack software engineer at a SaaS start-up
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages
• Experience coaching teams to ensure high-quality user experiences
• Ability to understand users’ problems and foresee potential issues in plans
