Job Summary

• Take ownership of the core VR experience and technical decisions for the Experience Team
• Manage a team of approximately 20 engineers across multiple disciplines
• Create short and long term strategy aligned with company vision and goals

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of engineering management in a high-growth tech company
• Technical background with experience in Unity or 3D gaming development
• University degree or equivalent work experience with technical background
• Experience defining metrics and making strategic decisions based on measurable impact
• Comfortable in fast-paced and evolving environments
