A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Course Developer to design workflow-based learning focused on learner outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand audience needs
  • Design engaging eLearning and instructor-led training interventions
  • Analyze training delivery impact and provide feedback on curriculum development

Required Qualifications
  • At least 5+ years of experience in training development or eLearning creation
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
  • Experience with eLearning development tools such as Articulate and Camtasia
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) course administration
  • Preferred degree in Curriculum & Instruction, Instructional Design, or related field
