Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global benefits strategy supporting employee well-being, retention, and attraction
  • Design, implement, and manage competitive global benefits programs
  • Analyze benefits data and trends to drive continuous improvement and cost management

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits management
  • Deep knowledge of global benefits trends, practices, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with Workday and administering self-funded health insurance plans
  • Ability to lead initiatives from conception through implementation
  • Demonstrated ability to present data effectively to influence decision-makers
