Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across various channels
  • Manage campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle, focusing on metrics like conversion and retention
  • Develop segmentation strategies and leverage data for performance measurement and reporting

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in email/CRM/retention/lifecycle marketing within the consumer category
  • Experience with modern ESPs, particularly Klaviyo, and Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with HTML and CSS; knowledge of Tableau and SQL is a plus
  • Experience in content personalization and managing the customer lifecycle
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
