Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist department leadership in building the roadmap for success across Loyalty, Experiences, and DK Shop
- Develop and implement a KPI-based approach to decision making across Loyalty & Experiences groups
- Identify gaps and optimization opportunities to inject more efficiency into the Loyalty & Experiences organization
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of experience in Consulting, Operations or Business Development
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and navigate constantly evolving business environments
- Develop and maintain a technical environment and manage a broad slate of ongoing projects
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business challenges
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau, SQL, and Snowflake
