Senior Mobility Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Mobility & Immigration Specialist to support its global mobility and immigration function in the Americas region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement mobility solutions tailored to business needs
• Advise stakeholders on global mobility and immigration queries
• Manage outside counsel for immigration processes and maintain employee records

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a mobility and immigration role in the Americas region
• Mobility-related certification such as GMS or GPHR is preferred
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment immigration and broader knowledge of Canadian and Central/South American immigration
• Ability to manage caseloads and projects independently
• Reliable and team-oriented with a positive attitude
