Senior Occupancy Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Occupancy Planner for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop workplace strategies and solutions for various projects
• Build relationships with clients, manage occupancy data, and support migration plans
• Create occupancy and space solutions, track utilization data, and report on occupancy metrics

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of experience in occupancy or space planning for corporate clients
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and CAFM/IWMS database tools
• Change management experience is a plus
• Knowledge of office design principles and trends
