Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager – Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish annual team goals, streamline processes, and lead development of the team
• Manage multiple projects, collaborate with various functional teams, and lead the organization through change
• Communicate priorities, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with established targets

Required Qualifications:

• BS degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred, or 6+ years of relevant experience
• 4+ years of management experience in technology-based operations
• Demonstrated ability to deliver project results within budget and timeframes
• Experience presenting to senior leadership and developing materials for various audiences
• Strong working knowledge of company systems and tools such as PowerBI, SharePoint, etc
