Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expertise in career planning, performance management, employee relations, and culture engagement
  • Build relationships with managers to guide organizational strategy and execution
  • Assess and execute talent management strategies to support individual and team growth

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a human resources or HRBP role supporting 500+ employees
  • Experience in all aspects of HR including employee relations, training & development, and compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of nationwide labor laws; international HR labor laws experience is a plus
  • Tech industry experience is highly preferred
  • Empathetic and engaging with strong interpersonal skills
