A company is looking for a Senior People Partner (Contract) to address complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expertise in career planning, performance management, employee relations, and culture engagement
- Build relationships with managers to guide organizational strategy and execution
- Assess and execute talent management strategies to support individual and team growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in a human resources or HRBP role supporting 500+ employees
- Experience in all aspects of HR including employee relations, training & development, and compliance
- In-depth knowledge of nationwide labor laws; international HR labor laws experience is a plus
- Tech industry experience is highly preferred
- Empathetic and engaging with strong interpersonal skills
