A company is looking for a Senior People Programs Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owns all people programs, including talent management, performance programs, engagement, and feedback
• Designs and manages talent and performance management systems to drive high performance and growth
• Leads efforts to measure and improve employee engagement, feedback, and recognition systems

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in developing and executing people programs in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Data-driven mindset and ability to effectively communicate insights
• Strong knowledge of industry trends in talent management programs
• Demonstrated track record of bias for action and problem-solving skills
