Senior Permitting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Permitting Land Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage regulatory permitting and environmental compliance for projects in the Central Valley
• Support the development and acquisition of regulatory permits and approvals under various environmental laws
• Assist with construction-phase compliance and manage compensatory mitigation procurement

Required Qualifications

• Accredited four (4) year degree in biology, environmental science, or a related field
• Seven (7) years of work-related experience in regulatory permitting and environmental compliance
• Experience with major environmental laws including CEQA, NEPA, and the Clean Water Act
• Experience working on large, complex programs and projects
• Proficient in Office 365 applications
