A company is looking for a Senior Product Support Specialist to provide technical support and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of escalation for product-related issues and collaborate with development teams for solutions
- Provide direct technical support to customers via phone and email, building strong relationships
- Document customer issues and resolutions, and create well-documented Jira tickets for product issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or a technical discipline
- 4+ years of advanced product support experience
- Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Jira
- Knowledge of web technologies, system integration, and API concepts
