A company is looking for a Senior Product Support Specialist to provide technical support and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of escalation for product-related issues and collaborate with development teams for solutions
  • Provide direct technical support to customers via phone and email, building strong relationships
  • Document customer issues and resolutions, and create well-documented Jira tickets for product issues

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or a technical discipline
  • 4+ years of advanced product support experience
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Jira
  • Knowledge of web technologies, system integration, and API concepts
