Senior UX Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead design initiatives and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentoring for the design organization, aligning with organizational objectives
• Own multiple projects, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to develop solutions
• Drive the creation of prototypes and lead cross-functional design sprints and workshops

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in Graphic Design, Human Factors, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in UX or Product Design
• Experience as the sole or lead designer on projects
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma and Miro
• Strong visual design skills demonstrated in a well-crafted portfolio
