Senior Windows Desktop Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer for Windows Desktop App.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the DuckDuckGo Privacy App for Windows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft a world-class browser with embedded privacy features
• Define the product roadmap, take ownership of application features, and experiment with enhancements

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in building desktop applications, preferably with WPF, UWP, WinUI, or WinForms
• Proficiency in C# programming with knowledge of .NET 6
• Deep understanding of software design patterns such as MVVM, MVP, etc
• Experience in technical architecture decisions for complex products
• Prior experience in building customer-facing applications and crafting user interfaces
